摘　　要：在原始设计的冷冻脱硝工艺流程中,结晶器溢流清液回化盐水罐用于化盐。为节能降耗,提出将结晶器溢流清液返回除硝装置盐水罐的建议;以72.5万Va烧碱装置为例,计算了结晶器溢流清液相对待处理淡盐水量的比例。In the original process of sulfate removal by freezing method,the overflow clear liquid from the crystallizer was returned to the brine tank to dissolve salt.In order to save energy and reduce consumption,a suggestion was put forward to returm the overflow clear liquid from the crystallizer to the brine tank of the sulfate removal unit.The proportion of overflow clear liquid from crystallizer to the amount of dilute brine to be treated was calculated taking a 725000 V/a caustic soda plant as an example.
