摘 要:离子膜电解槽电解反应过程中,因副反应而生成的氯酸盐在闭路循环的盐水系统中逐渐积累增加,会腐蚀设备、管道,并影响碱液产品质量。设计中均采用在氯酸盐分解槽中加入高纯盐酸,并在通入蒸汽的条件下,使系统中氯酸盐分解去除。这样用于氯酸盐分解消耗的高纯盐酸量较大,不经济。笔者提出使用氯化氢合成生产过程中产生的工业盐酸替换高纯盐酸,可降低氯化氢气体消耗,提高下工序树脂产量,避免工业盐酸处置带来的问题。In the electrolytic reaction in ion exchange membrane electrolyzers,chlorate is generated by side reaction and gradually accumulates and increases in the closed-circuit circulating brine system.These chlorates will corrode equipment and pipelines and afct the quality of alkali liquor products.In the design,high-purity hydrochloric acid is added into the chlorate decomposition tank,and the chlorate in the system is decomposed and removed under the condition of steam feed.The amount of high-purity hydrochloric acid consumed for chlorate decomposition is large and uneconomical.The author proposes to replace high-purity hydrochloric acid with industrial hydrochloric acid produced in the process of hydrogen chloride synthesis.In this way,the consumption of hydrogen chloride gas can be reduced,the resin output in the next process can be improved,and the problems caused by industrial hydrochloric acid disposal can be avoided.
