摘　　要：给出4个事故案例,查找氯气换热器腐蚀原因,改进工艺控制措施(包括更改氯气透平机换热器循环水出口管道,在循环水回水管道安装pH在线检测仪,做好氯气透平机日常维护)。改造后,系统运行稳定,避免了再次发生类似生产事故。Four accident cases are given.The corrosion causes of chlorine heat exchangers are found out.Improved process control measures are put forward:changing the circulating water outlet pipe of the chlorine turbine heat exchanger,installing pH online detector on the circulating water return pipe,and doing a good job in the daily maintenance of the chlorine turbine.After the transformation,the system operates stably and similar production accidents are avoided.
