摘  要:在含氟功能膜的研发、生产中,功能膜的厚度控制是最基本、最关键的技术之一。介绍了利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)快速测定含氟复合膜中膜层厚度的测试方法。该方法应用在实验室研发中,能够满足研发人员对膜层厚度进行精确定量控制的需求。另外,该方法也可以应用于工业生产,满足生产品控人员对于产品质量及时,反馈的需求,保障产品质量的稳定性。分析传统分析方法的弊端。给出红外光谱法的分析谱图。The thickness control is one of the basic and key technologies in the development and production of fluorinated functional membranes.A method for the rapid determination of layer thickness of fluorinated composite membrane by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)is introduced.This method can be applied in laboratory research and development to meet the needs of researchers for precise and quantitative control of layer thickness.In addition,this method can also be applied to industrial production to meet the demand of production control personnel for timely feedback on product quality and to ensure the stability of product quality.The disadvantages of traditional analysis methods are analyzed and the analytical spectra of infrared spectroscopy are given.
