摘　　要：结核病和糖尿病均为临床上常见与多发性的疾病,二者可合并存在,彼此相互影响。在患结核病的高风险人群中,糖尿病患病率显著增加,与此同时,糖尿病患者罹患活动性结核病的风险也高于普通人群。本文就结核病-糖尿病患者流行现状、合并症发生的危险因素、可能机制以及患者临床表现、疾病筛查以及治疗方案作一综述。Tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus are both common and multiple diseases in clinical practice.They can co-exist and interact with each other.There is a significant increase in the prevalence of diabetes among people at high risk of developing tuberculosis.At the same time,people with diabetes have a much higher risk of developing active tuberculosis than the general population.In this article,the prevalence,risk factors,possible mechanisms,clinical manifestations,screening and treatment of tuberculosis-diabetes are reviewed.
