摘 要:以中老年男性前列腺疾病为代表的慢性病的患者,多合并基础性疾病且免疫力较差,在我国人口老龄化趋势的当下,不仅具有较高的健康教育需求,而且存在较弱的科技服务接受能力、较低的病史信息传递效率和较差的用户依从性等特点,是中老年慢性病在健康管理方面的代表性人群。为满足该群体在健康咨询、就医问诊、治疗随访中的科技服务需求,本研究将采集的中老年男性前列腺疾病大数据进行整理、加工后,通过K-Means聚类分析、深度神经网络等算法,绘制出相应的疾病知识图谱,并进行智能分析,从而实现了疾病预防及随诊过程中的人工智能辅助平台搭建。本平台的构建,为进一步探讨中老年男性前列腺疾病科技云服务的设计策略奠定了平台基础,也是中老年慢性病在健康管理上的一次有益尝试。Patients with chronic diseases represented by middle-aged and elderly men′s prostate diseases are mostly complicated with basic diseases and poor immunity.In the current trend of population aging in China,they not only have high demand for health education,but also have weak acceptance ability of scientific and technological services,low transmission efficiency of medical history information and poor user compliance.It is the representative group of middle-aged and elderly chronic diseases in health management.In order to meet the scientific and technological service needs of this group in health consultation,medical consultation and treatment follow-up,this study sorted and processed the big data of middle-aged and elderly men′s prostate diseases,and drew the corresponding disease knowledge map through K-Means clustering analysis,deep neural network and other algorithms,then carried out intelligent analysis.Finally,the construction of artificial intelligence auxiliary platform in the process of disease prevention and follow-up was realized.The construction of this platform lays a platform foundation for further exploring the design strategy of scientific and technological cloud service,and is also an useful attempt in health management of chronic diseases for middle-aged and elderly men.
