摘 要:目的探讨确立检验科危急值及危急值报告制度的临床意义。方法选取2019年1月至12月阳江市阳东区人民医院实施危急值报告制度前的150例患者作为对照组,2020年1月至12月实施危急值报告制度后的150例患者作为观察组。比较两组的质量管理水平、医疗事故、医患纠纷发生率以及患者满意度。结果危急值报告制度共检测项目3084735次,其中5148例次出现危急值,占0.17%,白细胞危急值位居第一。观察组的质量管理各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的医疗事故发生率为1.38%,医患纠纷发生率为0.69%,低于对照组的6.29%、5.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的患者满意度为98.62%,高于对照组的90.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论确立检验科危急值及危急值报告制度在提升检验科管理质量及患者满意度方面有突出的效果,有利于减少医疗事故及医患纠纷的发生,可予以推广。Objective To explore the clinical significance of establishing the critical value and critical value reporting system in clinical laboratory.Methods A total of 150 patients who were admitted to the People′s Hospital of Yangdong District,Yangjiang City from January to December 2019,before the implementation of the critical value reporting system were selected as the control group.The other 150 patients from January to December 2020,after the implementation of the critical value reporting system were selected as the observation group.The quality management level,the incidence of medical accidents and doctor-patient disputes and patient satisfaction were compared in the two groups.Results The critical value reporting system tested a total of 3084735 times,of which 5148 cases had critical values,accounting for 0.17%,and the white blood cell critical value ranked first.The quality management scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of medical accidents in the observation group was 1.38%,the incidence of doctor-patient disputes was 0.69%,which were lower than those of the control group(6.29%,5.59%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group was 98.62%,which was higher than 90.91%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of the critical value and critical value reporting system in clinical laboratory has outstanding effects on improving the management quality and patient satisfaction,which is conducive to reducing the incidence of medical accidents and doctor-patient disputes,and can be promoted.
