摘　　要：由于平台经济具有规模效应、网络效应和锁定效应、数据效应等典型特征,因而具有“天然”的垄断风险。在我国的平台经济反垄断实践中,存在传统的相关市场界定方式具有局限性、事后监管模式滞后和失灵、相关立法缺失等问题,给平台经济反垄断规制带来了巨大的挑战。为进一步规制平台经济垄断行为,打造良好的市场经济秩序,应当在平台经济领域中积极探寻相关市场界定的方式,建立前置式的监管模式,并同时完善平台经济领域的相关立法。Due to typical characteristics such as scale effect,network effect,lock-in effect,and data effect,the platform economy naturally has monopoly risk.In China’s platform economy anti-monopoly practice,there are problems such as the limitations of traditional market definition methods,the lag and failure of postevent supervision models,and the lack of relevant legislation,which have brought huge challenges to China’s platform economy anti-monopoly regulations.In order to further regulate platform economic monopoly behavior and create a good market economic order,it is necessary to actively explore ways to define relevant market,establish a pre-regulation model,and at the same time improve relevant legislation in the field of platform economy.
