摘　　要：本文通过梳理和分析非特殊用途化妆品备案量化分级管理试点工作相关法律法规,并结合企业在非特殊用途化妆品量化分级试点工作过程中遇到的问题,对量化分级管理制度的实施时间、积分设置、管理流程、监管措施及企业提升方案等方面提出一些思考和建议,以期为监管部门决策的制定提供参考,为企业提升量化评分和等级提供帮助。This paper analyzes laws and regulations on the pilot program of risk-based qualitative classification management of non-special cosmetics filing.Taking into account difficulties encountered by enterprises during the pilot program,the authors put forward suggestions on the implementation timeline,score setting,management procedure,supervision measures,enterprise improvement plans,etc.,with respect to the quantitative classification management system.The aim is to inform the decision-making of regulatory authorities and provide support for enterprises to improve their scores and ratings.
