摘　　要：针对苯乙烯装置脱氢系统的实际生产现况,详细分析现阶段蒸汽过热炉(H3001)生产过程中的瓶颈因素,通过工艺、设备的设计参数与实际生产运行参数相结合做出对应的解决方案,日常的精细化操作,对H3001的每个参数变化、趋势变化要敏感对待,实时监控提前做出及时预判,最大限度保证蒸汽过热炉(H3001)的长周期稳定运行,对运行期间无法解决的问题重点巡检关注并定期记录,为后续苯乙烯装置的稳定运行工况奠定基础。According to the actual production status of dehydrogenation system,the bottleneck factors in the production process of steam superheater were analyzed.Based on the relevant parameters of the process and equipment combined with the actual production,corresponding solutions made to ensure the normal operation of the device to the maximum extent,and the problems that cannot be solved during the operation paid attention to in the patrol inspection,laying a foundation for the stable operation of the subsequent styrene plant.
