摘　　要：慢性腰背痛是常见病多发病, 临床诊疗规范和指南早已建立, 但是对慢性腰背痛康复的专家共识尚缺乏。因此, 由国家卫生健康委能力建设和继续教育中心疼痛病诊疗专项能力培训项目专家组牵头, 组织相关专家集体撰写了慢性腰背痛康复中国疼痛科专家共识。此共识结合中国慢性腰背痛诊疗和康复的临床实践经验, 又参考了国际上同类疾病的诊疗指南, 并充分体现中国传统医学应用于慢性腰背痛康复的特色技术。本共识的制定, 为中国疼痛科及相关科室医护人员对慢性腰背痛康复提供指导意见。Chronic low back pain(cLBP)is a common disease.Clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines have been established,but there is still a lack of expert consensus on chronic low back pain rehabilitation.Therefore,led by the expert group of the Special Ability Training Project for Pain Diagnosis and Treatment of the Capacity Building and Continuing Education Center of the National Health Commission,relevant experts were organized to collectively write the expert consensus on the rehabilitation of chronic low back pain of Chinese pain department.This consensus is based on the clinical practice experience of diagnosis and rehabilitation of chronic low back pain in China,and refers to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines of similar diseases in the world,and fully reflects the characteristic technology of chronic low back pain rehabilitation in traditional Chinese medicine.The establishment of this consensus provides guidance for the medical staff of pain department and related departments in China in the rehabilitation of chronic low back pain.
