摘　　要：本文提出了疼痛的临床定义:疼痛感觉神经系统受到异常刺激或损伤引起的不愉快感觉、感受和反应的经历, 并受到多种因素的影响。该定义阐明了临床疼痛的本质、核心、原因及影响因素, 为临床疼痛学科奠定了理论基础, 确立了学科归属和临床定位;为临床诊疗范围提供了依据, 为疼痛与疼痛性疾病的诊疗提供了临床思维;有助于临床各个学科对临床疼痛的认识和理解。The clinical definition of pain is proposed in this paper:An unpleasant experience of sensory,perception and reaction caused by the abnormal stimulation or injury to the pain sensory nervous system,and influenced by a variety of factors.This definition clarifies the essence,the core,the causes and influencing factors of clinical pain,and lays the basis of theoretical foundation for the Department of Painology and its position in the medical discipline.The definition provides the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment scope,provides clinical thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of pain disorders,and helps other disciplines to understand the clinical pain.
