摘　　要：本次年鉴介绍钙离子通道阻断剂镇痛治疗相关文献,包括其作用机制、镇痛效果、合适剂量的选择,特别介绍N型钙通道阻断剂芋螺毒素(Bu8)治疗难治性疼痛和T型钙通道阻断剂Z944治疗神经病理性疼痛的新动向。This yearbook introduced the literatures on analgesic treatment of calcium antagonists in this year,including its mechanism,analgesic effect and the selection of appropriate dosage,and T-type calcium bloker conotoxin(Bu8)in the treatment of refractory pain and N-type calcium bloker Z944 in the treatment of neuropethic pain.
