摘　　要：主要考察用双金属DMC催化剂,以十三异构醇、碳十六十八醇、碳二十二醇三种醇作为复合起始剂,与环氧丙烷(PO)、环氧乙烷(EO)进行特定分子结构加成聚合,制得聚醚ZS-2016,羟值约为28±6mgKOH/g;将该聚醚与硬脂酸酯化制得的聚醚酯消泡剂,在造纸水性乳液中消泡速度快、抑泡性时间长,漂油可控;其生物解速度,经过活性污泥降解24小时后,初级降解度达到95%以上,15天后终极降解达到70%以上,具有优良的环境保护作用。Polyether ZS-2016 with hydroxyl value of about 28±6 mgkoh/g was prepared by specific molecular structure addition polymerization with propylene oxide(PO) and ethylene oxide(EO) using bimetallic DMC catalyst and tridecanol,C hexadecyl octanol and C docetol as composite initiator;The polyether ester defoamer prepared by esterification of the polyether and stearic acid has fast defoaming speed,long foaming inhibition time and controllable oil displacement in the paper making waterborne emulsion. After 24 hours of activated sludge degradation,the primary degradation degree reaches more than 95%,and the final degradation reaches more than 70% after 15 days. It has an excellent role in environmental protection.
