摘 要:测定了五种乙烯原料(重整石脑油、南帕斯石脑油、加氢石脑油、加氢裂化石脑油、蜡油加氢石脑油)的烃组成,采用蒸汽裂解制乙烯装置对五种石脑油原料进行裂解评价实验,分析了其裂解气组成,探讨了石脑油烃组成与主要裂解产物收率间的关系。结果表明:乙烯收率与正构烷烃含量相关,但碳数较大的正构烷烃含量可获得更高的乙烯收率;丙烯收率与石脑油异构烷烃含量成线性关系;"三烯"收率与总链烃含量呈正相关。The hydrocarbon composition of five ethylene raw materials(reformed naphtha,South Pass naphtha,hydrogenated naphtha,hydrocracked naphtha,hydrogenated naphtha from wax oil) was determined. The steam cracking ethylene plant was used to conduct cracking evaluation experiments on five naphtha raw materials,and the composition of the cracked gas was analyzed. The relationship between the composition of naphtha and the yield of main cracked products was discussed. The results showed that the ethylene yield was related to the content of n-paraffins,but the content of n-paraffins with larger carbon numbers can obtain higher ethylene yields;the yield of propylene has a linear relationship with the content of naphtha isoparaffins;The total yield of of ethylene,propylene and butadiene is positively correlated with the total chain hydrocarbon content.
