摘　　要：液压扩眼器在解决地层井眼缩径问题和水泥环厚度低引起的固井质量问题中起着重要的作用。塔里木油田某水平井在库姆格列木群钻遇膏泥岩、盐岩、石膏岩时在此井段进行随钻扩眼作业,作业后效果良好,其可以降低卡钻风险,延长井眼蠕变周期,提升了钻井作业效率。the hydraulic reamer plays an important role in solving the problems of formation wellbore shrinkage and cementing quality caused by low cement sheath thickness. When a horizontal well in kumgelemu group meets gypsum mudstone,salt rock and gypsum rock,reaming while drilling is carried out in this section. The effect is good after the operation,which can reduce the risk of sticking,prolong the creep period of the well,and improve the operation efficiency of drilling.
