摘 要:通过微波消解法把工业硫磺消解为无机微酸水溶液,使用等离子发射发谱法测定其中铁含量,通过与其它方法的比对,最终确定电感耦合等离子发射光谱法检测工业硫磺铁含量的方法,相对误差为1%,完全可用于生产分析。此方法的运用,可缩短分析时间至1~2h,而且只使用少量化学试剂,在需要时,可同时测定砷和其它金属元素,且不需要另建方法。微波消解处理样品时,最高消解温度选择为180℃,可有效防止砷元素在高温下的挥发。The industrial sulfur is digested into inorganic micro acid aqueous solution by microwave digestion method,and the iron content is determined by plasma emission spectrometry. Through the comparison with other methods,the method for detecting the iron content of industrial sulfur by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry is finally determined. The relative error is 1%,which can be used for production analysis. The application of this method can shorten the analysis time to(1 ~ 2)h,and only a small amount of chemical reagents are used. When necessary,arsenic and other metal elements can be determined at the same time without establishing another method. When microwave digestion is used to treat samples,the maximum digestion temperature is 180 ℃,which can effectively prevent the volatilization of arsenic at high temperature.
