子宫内膜癌中星形细胞上调基因-1、雌激素受体的表达及与临床病理特性的关系

摘　　要：目的研究子宫内膜癌中星形细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)、雌激素受体(ER)表达相关性。方法选择安徽省亳州市人民医院2016年6月—2020年6月纳入的56例子宫内膜癌患者作为病例组,另选择同一时间收治的56例因子宫肌瘤行全子宫切除术患者作为对照组,分别利用免疫组织化学染色法测定其组织标本中AEG-1、ER的表达,比较二组AEG-1、ER的阳性表达率,分析研究组中各项病理参数与AEG-1、ER的阳性表达的关系,最后计算病理参数与AEG-1、ER表达的相关性。结果病例组AEG-1、ER的阳性表达率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组患者年龄间AEG-1、ER的阳性表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),AEG-1、ER的阳性表达与病理分期、肌层浸润、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌中的AEG-1、ER阳性表达率高于子宫肌瘤,且病理分期越高、肌层浸润程度越深、分化程度越高、淋巴结转移者,AEG-1、ER的阳性表达率明显升高与疾病发生发展存在密切相关性。Objective To study the astrocyte elevated gene-1(AEG-1) and estrogen receptor(ER) expressions in endometrial cancer.Methods Fifty-six cases endometrial cancer patients treated from June 2016 to June 2020 in Bozhou People′s Hospital were chosen as study group;over the same time period, 56 uterine fibroid patients of undergoing the total hysterectomy were chosen as control group.AEG-1 and ER expressions and positive rate were compared.Correlations of pathological parameters with AEG-1 and ER positive rate and expressions were appraised.Results AEG-1 and ER positive rate in the study group was higher than control group(P<0.05);AEG-1 and ER positive expressions among different age groups of patients were not significantly different(P>0.05);AEG-1 and ER positive expressions among patients with identified pathological stages and differentiated degrees, muscular infiltration, and lymphatic metastasis were significantly different(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis results indicated that pathological stages, muscular infiltration, differentiated degrees and lymphatic metastasis were positively correlated with AEG-1 and ER expressions(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of AEG-1 and ER in endometrial carcinoma was higher than that in uterine leiomyoma, and the higher the pathological stage, the deeper the myometrial invasion, the higher the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis, the positive expression rate of AEG-1 and ER increased significantly.
