摘　　要：随着新业态的不断发展,共享员工合法劳动权益的维护逐渐引起社会各界的重视。本文基于SWOT分析法,分析了共享员工这一用工模式对劳动者合法权益带来的相关影响,探讨了工会维护共享员工合法权益应承担的职能。With the continuous development of new forms of business, the maintenance of the legitimate labor rights and interests of sharing employees has gradually attracted the attention of all walks of society. Based on the SWOT analysis method, the paper analyzes the relevant impact of the employment mode of sharing workers on the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and discusses the functions of the trade union to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of sharing employees.
