摘  要:为解决气流槽聚纺纱纺长纤维时,纱线容易断头的问题,针对气流槽聚纺纱中的前罗拉、前胶辊以及气流槽聚罗拉组成的须条浮游区建立了流体模型,采用Ansys14.0软件中的fluent模块进行浮游区气流模拟,通过改变前胶辊和气流槽聚罗拉的隔距来探究浮游区长度变化对成纱断头、毛羽和断裂强力的影响。结果表明:隔距为1.0mm时成纱断头最少,3mm以上毛羽数量最少,成纱断裂强力高。To solve the problem of high yarn breakage rate in the spinning process for long fiber spinning due to the rationality of its spinning principle,a model of the airflow area composed of the front roller,the front top roller and the lateral compact spinning with suction groove roller is established.The fluent module in Ansys 14.0 software is used to simulate the airflow in the floating area.By changing the spacing between the front top roller and the compact spinning with suction groove roller,the influence of the length of the floating area on yarn breakage and hairiness is explored.The experimental results show that the yarn breakage is the lowest when the spacing is 1 mm,the number of hairiness above 3 mm is the least,and the yarn strength is the high.
