摘  要:为研究取代聚乙烯醇(PVA)的浆料,采用醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸为单体与淀粉进行接枝制备接枝淀粉浆料,对其黏度、黏度稳定性、黏附力及其上浆后的细纱性能进行表征。结果表明:接枝淀粉浆料黏度稳定性好,达98.3%;纯棉、涤棉纱线黏附力较好,纯棉的黏附力达70.48N,涤棉的黏附力达120.8N;上浆后的纯棉细纱耐磨性略高于PVA浆料,上浆后涤棉细纱的增磨率不及PVA浆料;在增强率方面,其与PVA浆料有一定差距,还有待提高。In order to study the slurry of PVA,the grafted starch slurry is prepared by grafting vinyl acetate and acrylic acid with monomer and starch.The viscosity,viscosity stability,adhesion and properties of sizing after sizing are characterized.The results show that the graft starch slurry has good viscosity stability and viscosity stability of 98.3%.The adhesion to pure cotton and polyester cotton yarns is good.The adhesion of pure cotton can reach 70.48 N,and the adhesion of polyester cotton is 120.8 N.The abrasion resistance of the pure cotton yarn after sizing is slightly higher than that of the PVA slurry.The grinding rate of the polyester/cotton spun yarn after sizing is not as good as that of the PVA slurry.In terms of the reinforcement rate,there is a certain gap with the PVA slurry,which needs to be improved.
