摘 要:针对多丝锭生丝抱合电子检验装置同时采集生丝的高清图像以及关键模块的控制问题,设计了多丝锭生丝抱合检验装置控制系统。该系统包括多根生丝高清图像采集检验参数实时设定、自动上丝、丝条张力控制等模块。高速传输的线阵相机采集亚像素精度生丝图像;上、下位机通过串口通信实现摩擦速度摩擦次数、检验状态等数据的交互;建立上丝自动控制模型,精确读取张力数据利用位置式PID算法实现检验过程中的实时张力控制。结果表明,该系统实现了对装置关键模块的精确控制,可满足高精度图像的采集需求。Aiming at the problem of the multi-spindle raw silk entanglement electronic inspection device simultaneously collecting high-definition images of the raw silk and the control of key modules,the control system of the multi-filament raw silk entanglement inspection device is designed.The system includes modules such as high-definition image acquisition of multiple raw silks,real-time setting of inspection parameters,automatic threading,and thread tension control.High-speed transmission line scan camera collects raw silk images with sub-pixel precision;the upper and lower computers realize the interaction of data such as friction speed,friction times,inspection status and other data through serial communication;establish an automatic control model for threading,accurately read the tension data,and use positional PID algorithm to achieve real-time tension control during the inspection process.The results show that the system achieves precise control of the key modules of the device and can meet the requirements of high-precision image acquisition.
