摘  要:目的:探讨Non–sel激励方式在1.5 T头颈部高分辨率等体素三维对比增强磁共振血管成像(3D CE–MRA)中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年4月至2017年11月深圳大学第一附属医院(深圳市第二人民医院)临床申请进行颈部3D CE–MRA的患者29例,均使用Non–sel激励技术对患者头颈部血管行3D CE–MRA高分辨等体素成像,利用最大密度投影(MIP)技术进行血管重建并对图像质量进行评级,两名医师对脑部血管及其主要分支和远端分支的显示情况进行评分。结果:29例高分辨等体素三维增强磁共振头颈部血管成像显示清晰,颈静脉污染出现率为零,医师1和2均认为图像完全满足临床诊断要求,对脑部血管图像质量评分及其主要分支和远端分支的显示情况具有良好的一致性。结论:头颈部3D CE–MRA应用Non–sel激励方式,可以得到高分辨率等体素血管图像,实现头颈部血管一站式成像,清晰显示脑动脉血管走形及解剖结构。Objective To explore the application value of high–resolution isotropic 3D CE–MRA of head and carotid artery using Non–sel excitation technology at 1.5 T.Methods Twenty-nine patients were selected who applied for neck 3D CE-MRA in the First Affilliated Hospital of Shenzhen University Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital from April 2017 to November 2017.Both use Non-sel excitation technology to perform 3D CE-MRA high-resolution iso-voxel imaging of the patients’ head and neck vessels,use maximum intensity projection (MIP) technology to reconstruct the blood vessels and rate the image quality,and two physicians evaluate the cerebral vessels The display status of its main branch and remote branch are scored.Results The 29 cases of high-resolution equal voxel three-dimensional enhanced magnetic resonance head and neck vascular imaging showed clear,and the incidence of jugular vein contamination was zero.Both physicians 1 and 2 believed that the images fully met the requirements of clinical diagnosis.The image quality scores of cerebral blood vessels and the display of main branches and distal branches have good consistency.Conclusion In order to obtain high-resolution equivalent voxel vascular images,to achieve one-stop imaging of head and neck vessels,clearly display the shape and anatomical structure of cerebral artery vessels,Non-sel excitation technology can be used in 3D CE–MRA of head and carotid artery.
