五维音乐联合硬膜外麻醉对分娩镇痛及产程的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨在临床分娩上,应用五维音乐分娩镇痛+孕期规范教育+硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛干预的价值。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年2月在广东医科大学附属惠州妇女儿童医院的300例产妇,按照自愿及随机的原则,分成硬膜外麻醉镇痛分娩组、联合组(五维音乐分娩镇痛联合硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛)与传统组,每组100例。各组采取相应的分娩方式,对各组产程时间、分娩情况进行观察比较。结果:联合组各产程时间上均是比其他两组短,联合组分娩疼痛、产后出血量较其他组更低,满意度更高,顺产率更高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产妇临床分娩中,应用五维音乐分娩镇痛联合孕期规范教育、硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛的方式,可以取得满意的应用效果,缩短产妇产程时间,缓解疼痛,提高顺产率及产妇满意度。Objective To explore the value of labor analgesia intervention with five-dimensional music + standardized education during pregnancy + epidural anesthesia in clinical delivery.Methods 300 parturients who delivered in Huizhou Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were divided into epidural anesthesia and analgesia delivery group,combined group (five-dimensional music delivery analgesia combined with epidural anesthesia and analgesia) and traditional group according to the principle of voluntariness and randomization,with 100 cases in each group.The corresponding delivery methods were adopted in each group,and the duration of labor and delivery were observed and compared among the three groups.Results The duration of each labor process in the combined group was shorter than those in the other two groups.The delivery pain and postpartum hemorrhage in the combined group were lower than thoses in the other groups,with higher satisfaction and higher vaginal delivery rate,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the clinical delivery of parturients,the application of five-dimensional music delivery analgesia combined with standardized education during pregnancy and epidural anesthesia delivery analgesia can achieve satisfactory application results,shorten the labor process time of parturients,relieve pain,improve the spontaneous delivery rate and parturient satisfaction.
