疏肝行气方脐敷联合饮食护理对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探究疏肝行气方脐敷联合饮食护理对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的影响。方法:选择英德市中医院2019年8月至2020年7月期间收治的79例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(39例)与观察组(40例)。对照组开展常规西医治疗与护理,观察组采用疏肝行气方脐敷联合饮食护理干预,观察比较两组患者临床疗效、胃肠症状评分及护理满意度情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.50 %,高于对照组的82.05 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的各项胃肠症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的各项胃肠症状评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度评分为(90.33±8.41)分,高于对照组的(74.17±10.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝行气方脐敷联合饮食护理可有效改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者胃肠症状,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Xingqi decoction umbilical application combined with dietary nursing on patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods A total of 79 patients with diarrheatype irritable bowel syndrome admitted to Yingde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into control group (39 cases) and observation group (40 cases) by random number table method.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment and nursing,and the observation group received Shugan Xingqi decoction umbilical compress combined with diet nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal symptom score and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of control group (82.05 %),the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of gastrointestinal symptoms between two groups before treatment (P > 0.05).After treatment,scores of gastrointestinal symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P < 0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of observation group was (90.33±8.41) points,which was higher than that of control group (74.17±10.45) points,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Shugan Xingqi decoction navel compress combined with diet nursing can effectively improve gastrointestinal symptoms of patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome and improve nursing satisfaction.
