促卵泡汤从冲任论治排卵障碍性不孕症

摘　　要：不孕症,作为当代多发的生殖疾病之一,其中于女性方面,25 % ~ 35 %的原因在于排卵障碍。因此,在治疗排卵障碍性不孕症中,促卵泡生成对提高妊娠率具有非常关键的作用。而冲任作为月经来潮的重要组成部分之一,直接影响到能否受孕。促卵泡汤为广州中医药大学附属汕头医院协定处方之一,在临床上对治疗不孕症有显著效果,笔者在此基础上对该方进行分析并从冲任角度对排卵障碍性不孕症进行论治。Infertility,as one of the most frequent reproductive diseases in modern times,25% ~ 35% are caused by ovulation disorders for women.Therefore,in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility,follicle production plays a significant role in improving the pregnancy rate.Chongren,as one of the important components of menstrual cramps,directly affects the ability of fertilization.Follicle-stimulating soup is one of the prescriptions of Shantou Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has significant clinical effects on the treatment of infertility.On this basis,the author analyzes and treats ovulation disorder infertility from the perspective of Chongren.
