平衡针治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛患者应用平衡针取腰痛穴的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年1月郴州市第一人民医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛患者188例作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,各94例。对照组患者应用常规针刺法治疗,观察组患者应用平衡针取腰痛穴治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:1个疗程治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.6 %,明显高于对照组的84.0 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗1次及治疗1个疗程后,观察组患者VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛患者时应用平衡针法,具有明显治疗效果与镇痛效果,且相较于常规针刺法,平衡针取腰痛穴治疗效果更佳。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of balanced acupuncture in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation accompanied by lumbar-leg pain.Methods A total of 188 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Chenzhou First People’s Hospital from May 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 94 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with balance acupuncture at lumbar pain acupoint.The treatment effect and visual analog scale (VAS) scores of the two groups were compared.Results After one course of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.6%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.0%),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between two groups (P > 0.05),but after one treatment and one course of treatment,VAS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of balanced acupuncture in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation and lumbar leg pain has obvious therapeutic effect and analgesic effect,and compared with conventional acupuncture and moxibustion,the treatment effect of balanced acupuncture and moxibustion is better.
