我国粮食主产区粮食安全保障的生态代价评估:2000-2018年

摘　　要：采用土地利用遥感监测数据,基于动态化的当量因子模型和功能价值法,评估2000-2018年粮食主产区保障粮食安全付出的生态代价。结果表明:我国粮食主产区连年增长的粮食产量背后是巨大的生态代价。2018年,粮食主产区保障粮食安全造成的生态系统服务价值(ESV)损失总量为3.4885×10^(12)元,其中耕地与其他地类转化、维持不变耕地面积、粮食生产过程造成的ESV损失量之比为1.12%:82.90%:15.98%,单位粮食产量的生态成本达6738.56元/t;据此,要加快实施高标准农田建设等举措,提升种粮效率,有效控制林草湖"逆生态化"和耕地非农建设。Based on the dynamic equivalent factor model and functional value method, we used land use remote sensing monitoring data to assess the ecological cost of food security in major grain producing areas from 2000 to 2018. The results show that the huge ecological cost is behind the continuous increase of grain production in major grain-producing areas in China. In 2018, the total loss of ecosystem service value caused by food security in major grain-producing areas was 3.4885×10^(12)yuan, among which, the ratio of ecosystem service value loss caused by conversion of cultivated land to other land types, unchanged cultivated land area and grain production process was 1.12%:82.90%:15.98%, the ecological cost per unit grain yield reached 6738.56 yuan per ton. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the implementation of high standard farmland construction and other measures, improve the efficiency of grain planting, effectively control the "ecological degradation" of forest-grass-lake and non-agricultural construction of farmland.
