摘 要:目的检测冠心病患者血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)的水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度之间的关系。方法选择2017年10月至2018年4月期间在吉林大学第二医院心血管内科住院确诊的73例患者以及同期体检30例患者作为研究对象,根据冠脉造影分为对照组,单支病变组,两支病变组,三支病变组。收取各组患者临床资料,检测各组患者血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)的水平。使用SPSS24.0进行统计学分析。结果各组间ox-LDL具有显著的统计学差异(P=0.001),冠心病患者血浆ox-LDL水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001),但是随着冠脉病变程度的增加,血浆ox-LDL水平下降,但双支病变组和三支病变组间无统计学差异(P=0.537)。Ox-LDL水平与Gensini评分呈负相关(r=-0.285,P=0.015)。结论血浆ox-LDL可作为冠状动脉粥样硬化的危险因素,但ox-LDL并不与冠脉病变程度成正相关,Lp(a)和hs-CRP可能具有结合转运ox-LDL的作用。Objective To investigate the relationships between plasma ox-LDL levels and the severity of coronary heart disease.Methods 73patients with coronary heart disease in cardiovascular medicine department of the Second Hospital of Jilin University from October 2017to April 2018and 30controls were enrolled.All participants underwent coronary angiography and were further divided into four groups,including control group,single-vessel disease group,double-vessel disease group,triple-vessel disease group.Plasma ox-LDL in patients and health controls were determined.Results There were statistically significant differences among four groups as regard to plasma ox-LDL level(P=0.001).Ox-LDL was significantly higher in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)than control group(P<0.001),but with the increase of the degree of coronary artery lesions,plasma ox-LDL levels drop.But there was no statistical difference between double-vessel disease group and triple-vessel disease group(P=0.537).Ox-LDL level was negatively correlated with Gensini score(r=-0.285,P=0.015).Conclusion Plasma ox-LDL can be used as a risk factor for coronary atherosclerosis,.But ox-LDL is not positively correlated with the degree of coronary lesions,because Lp(a)and hs-CRP may combine and transfer ox-LDL further.
