摘  要:本文利用风洞试验台对实验室常用的3只毕托管(标准毕托管、普通靠背管和S型毕托管)进行变气流偏角试验,研究气流偏角对毕托管测试结果的影响,结果得出在气流偏角小于10°时,对测试结果无影响。并根据试验结果,计算出3只毕托管的修正系数及其标准差,精度都可满足锅炉烟风管道的测量。In this paper, three pitot tubes commonly used in the laboratory(standard pitot tube, ordinary backrest tube and S-type pitot tube) are tested with variable air flow deflection angle on the wind tunnel test bench to study the influence of airflow deflection angle on the test results of pitot tube. The results show that when the air flow deflection angle is less than 10°, it has no effect on the test results. According to the test results, the correction coefficient and standard deviation of three pitot tubes are calculated, and the accuracy can meet the measurement of boiler flue gas and air duct.
