摘  要:针对承压设备管座类构件焊缝超声相控阵检测工艺参数复杂,如何优化组合这些参数达到最佳检测效果的问题,提出应用正交设计实参数寻优方法。在含人工缺陷试件上,以探头频率、晶片阵元尺寸、激发阵元数量和探头偏置距离为输入因素,缺陷回波声压衰减为评价指标,建立L9(34)正交表,基于CIVA仿真平台研究不同工艺参数下检测结果,计算各个因素极差得到最优组合。经实际测试与仿真效果一致,对超声相控阵工艺参数选择具有很好的指导作用。Aiming at the complicated process parameters of ultrasonic phased array testing for welding seams of pressure equipment, how to optimize the combination of these parameters to achieve the best testing results, an orthogonal design method is proposed. On the test piece with artificial defects, the probe frequency, chip array element size, excitation array element quantity and probe offset distance are used as inputs, and the echo sound pressure attenuation of the defect is used as the evaluation index, and the L9(34) orthogonal table is established. Based on CIVA simulation platform, the test results under different process parameters are studied, and the range of each factor is calculated to obtain the optimal combination. The actual test results are consistent with the simulation ones, which has a good guiding role in the selection of ultrasonic phased array process parameters.
