摘　　要：某化工企业1台热电联产高压锅炉锅筒集中下降管角接接头在连续2次内部检验时都发现了大量裂纹。从材料、结构、返修工艺、使用管理等方面进行了原因分析,并提出消除该重大安全隐患的处理意见。During successive boiler periodical inspections,a larger number of cracks are found in the downcomers'fillet welds of a high-pressure boiler,which is for combined heat and power in one chemical enterprise.This paper analyzes materials properties,component structure,repair process and service management.Based on these analyses,the author proposes some treatment measures for cracks of the downcomers'fillet welds.
