摘  要:研究炭黑N550/N660并用对共混胶RIIR/IIR/EPDM/胶囊再生胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着炭黑N550/N660并用体系中N550用量的增加,共混胶的门尼黏度增加焦烧时间(t_(10))、正硫化时间(t_(90))均有所缩短,交联密度略有增加,硫化胶的100%、300%定伸应力增大,硬度和拉伸强度增大,断裂伸长率减小,当全部使用N550填充胶料时,共混胶的综合物理性能较好。studied the effect of carbon black N550/N660 blending on the properties of RIIR/IIR/EPDM/capsule reclaimed rubber.The results showed that with the increase of N550 content in the carbon black N550/N660 blend system,the Mooney viscosity of the blend increased,and t_(10) and t_(90) were shortened,are the crosslinking density increased slightly,and the modulus at 100%and 300%of the vulcanizate increased,and the hardness and tensile strength increased,and the elongation at break decreased.The comprehensive physical properties of the blend were better when all N550 was used to fill the compound.
