摘 要:膨胀型防火涂料是一种用于减少地下结构导热的绝缘材料。本文研究了不同配方高岭土在耐火实验中对涂料膨胀和隔热性能的影响。膨胀型防火涂料配方(ICF)在950℃下测试了1 h。结果表明,涂料稳定且与基材结合良好。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)来研究涂料的特性。通过FESEM来研究耐火试验后涂料中炭层的形态。XRD和FTIR显示了在残余物中存在碳元素(石墨)、磷酸硼、氧化硼、天然硼酸和高岭石。TGA表明高岭土增强了试件防火性能;配方IF5-KC比IF-C配方增加了49%的残余质量。XPS分析表明,IF5-KC残余物的组成中,碳含量为41.80%。加速风化实验ASTM D 6695-03表明,IF5-KC涂料在加速风化室中可以保持90 d的完整性。Intumescent fire retardant coating is a kind of insulating material used to reduce the heat conduction of underground structures.In this paper,the effects of different formulations of kaolin on the expansion and thermal insulation of coatings were studied.The intumescent fire retardant coating formula(ICF)was tested at 950℃for 1 hour.The results showed that the coating was stable and had a good bond with the substrate.The properties of the coatings were studied by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The morphology of carbon layer in the coating after fire resistance test was studied by FESEM.XRD and FTIR showed the presence of carbon(graphite),boron phosphate,boron oxide,natural boric acid and kaolinite in the residue.TGA showed that kaolin enhanced the fire resistance of the specimen;formula IF5-KC increased the residual weight by 49%compared with IF-C formula.XPS analysis showed that the carbon content of IF5-KC residue was 41.8%.The accelerated weathering test ASTMD6695-03 showed that the integrity of IF5-KC coating could be maintained for 90 days in the accelerated weathering chamber.
