基于多源数据的哈尔滨空置区域识别分析

摘  要:城市建设区域过度开发或可流动生产要素从城市中外流和迁出,导致城市的物理空间产生了空置现象。对城市空置区域的有效识别在规划思路由增量至存量的转向中具有重要意义以城市图层思想为基础,梳理空置区域的显性特征与隐性特征,利用夜间灯光、环境监测、社会统计信息等多源城市数据图层分别进行识别,最后将显隐性特征识别结果根据其相关性拟合,以哈尔滨为例得到对空置区域较高准确性的识别结果。研究为城市空置区域的高效识别提供了一种融合多源城市数据图层的技术方法,并表明道路可达性、人群热力、公共交通的便捷性和地块容积率等隐性特征对城市区域空置的影响较为显著。The over-development of urban construction areas and the migration of mobile factors of production from the cities leads to the vacant phenomenon of the urban physical space.The effective identification of urban vacancy is of great significance in the transformation of urban planning from greenfield-based plan to redevelopment plan.Taking Harbin city as the case,this paper sorts out the dominant and recessive features of urban vacancy at first,the recognition result of urban vacancy by using Layer overlay methods is then illustrated based on the urban layer theory with multisource city data such as night light,environmental monitoring,social statistical information,and so on.The research provides a technical method to integrate multisource city-data layers for the efficient identification of urban vacancy.The results indicated that recessive characteristics such as road accessibility,crowd heat,the convenience of public transportation,and plot ratio have a significant impact on vacancy in urban areas.
