摘 要:为研究肋板对型钢泡沫混凝土粘结滑移性能的影响,进行推出试验,研究4种泡沫混凝土密度下型钢翼缘未设置肋板、型钢翼缘设置肋板,这两种情况下试件的荷载特征值及粘结强度。通过对试验数据的整理及分析得到荷载特征值关于肋板数量及泡沫混凝土密度的回归方程。结果表明翼缘处布置肋板的试件在4种泡沫混凝土密度下的初始滑移荷载与极限荷载均有明显提升,有效增加了型钢与混凝土这两种材料之间的粘结力,进而提高粘结强度,为该类抗剪连接件在钢-混凝土组合结构的应用提供依据。In order to study the effect of ribbed slab on bond slip behavior of steel foam concrete,push-out tests were carried out to study the load characteristic values and bond strength of specimens steel flange without rib plate and steel flange with rib plate under the conditions of four foamed concrete densities.The regression equation is obtained by sorting out and analyzing of the testing data,associating with load characteristic value on the number of ribs and density of foamed concrete.The results show that initial slip load and ultimate load of the specimens whose flange arranged at the floors of four kinds of foamed concrete,which effectively increase the cohesive force and the bond strength between the two kinds of materials of steel and concrete.It provides the basis for the application of the shear connector in the steel-concrete composite structure.
