摘 要:基于2020年流动人口失业风险的调查数据,运用固定效应模型、Ordinal Logistic模型、Probit模型探究了人力资本和社会支持对流动人口失业持续时间的影响机制。研究发现:首先,人力资本和社会支持对流动人口失业持续时间具有显著的负向影响,培训人力资本和建立社会保障对流动人口失业的持续时间影响程度最大。其次,文化人力资本对流动人口失业持续时间的影响受到社会支持的制约。第三,人力资本和社会支持存在替代互补效应,且这种效应具有群体差异,就业服务和社会保障方面的社会支持对低学历流动人口失业持续时间的抑制效应更为明显,人际关系方面的社会支持会增强文化人力资本对失业持续时间的抑制效应。Based on the survey data of the unemployment risk of the floating population in 2020,the fixed effect model,the Ordinal Logistic model,and the Probit model are used to explore the influence mechanism of human capital and social support on the duration of unemployment of the floating population. The study found that: first,human capital and social support have a significant negative impact on the duration of unemployment of the floating population,and training human capital and social security have the greatest impact on the duration of unemployment of the floating population;second,cultural human capital has continued to affect the duration of unemployment of the floating population. The influence of time is constrained by social support;third,human capital and social support have an alternative and complementary effect, and this effect has group differences. Social support of employment services and social security has an inhibitory effect on the duration of unemployment of the low-educated floating population. More obviously,social support in terms of interpersonal relationships will enhance the inhibitory effect of cultural human capital on the duration of unemployment. The underlying mechanism is the employment equity effect,job search effect,and employment stabilization effect.
