摘 要:研究了采用盐酸浸出—水解法从分银渣中分步分离锑、铋、铜和银,考察了各因素对有价金属分离效果的影响。结果表明:在盐酸浓度6 mol/L、液固体积质量比6/1、浸出温度80℃、浸出时间2.0 h、搅拌速度350 r/min条件下,锑、铋、铜浸出率分别为91.93%、96.44%和98.27%;通过调节富锑、铋、铜浸出液pH分步沉淀锑、铋,在pH=1.0、陈化时间4 h条件下,锑、铋水解沉淀率分别为96.21%和0.84%,得到锑质量分数为58.48%的锑富集物;控制锑沉淀母液pH=2.5并陈化4 h后,铋水解沉淀率为99.96%,得到铋质量分数为54.78%的铋富集物。该法可用于从分银渣中综合回收多金属。The hydrochloric acid leaching—hydrolysis process was used to separate antimony,bismuth,copper and silver in a silver-separated slag.The effects of various factors on metal separation were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 6 mol/L,liquid volume-solid mass of 6/1,temperature of 80℃,leaching time of 2 h and stirring speed of 350 r/min,the leaching rates of antimony,bismuth and copper are 91.93%,96.44%and 98.27%,respectively.Then antimony and bismuth are step-precipitated by regulating leaching solution pH.Under the conditions of pH of 1.0 and aging time of 4.0 h,the hydrolysis precipitation rate of antimony and bismuth are 96.21%and 0.84%,respectively,and the antimony richment is obtained with mass fraction of 58.48%.Then,adjusting pH to 2.5 and aging for 4.0 h,the precipitation rate of bismuth is 99.96%,and the bismuth richment is obtained with mass fraction of 54.78%.The method can be used to recycle the silver-separated slag.
