摘　　要：基于本次新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称"新冠肺炎")中医药防治过程可知,张仲景的伤寒六经方证在疫情中发挥了巨大作用。本文在遵循和保持原创性六经理论体系发展规律、自身特色的基础上,深入挖掘张仲景六经方证体系在治疗新冠肺炎及其相关并发症中所体现出的固有科学内涵和优越性,并对其重新作出系统梳理和现代诠释,建立新冠肺炎六经方证-病理生理体系,为丰富和完善六经辨证体系、进一步提升新冠肺炎的中医临床疗效,作出有益的尝试和探索。Based on traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment progress for COVID-19, Zhang Zhongjing’s six meridians prescriptions and syndromes of typhoid fever played a huge role in this epidemic. On the basis of following and maintaining the development law of the original six meridians theory system and its own characteristics, the essay deeply excavated the inherent scientific connotation and superiority of Zhang Zhongjing’s six meridians prescriptions and syndromes system in the treatment of COVID-19 and its related complications, and systematic carding and modern interpret were re-made to establish a COVID-19 six meridians prescriptions and syndromes-pathophysiology system. As a result, beneficial attempts and explorations have been made for enriching and perfecting the six meridians syndrome differentiation system, and further improving the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for COVID-19.
