摘  要:白鹤滩水电站右岸8号尾水调压室开挖完成后,在高地应力、复杂地质条件和洞群效应作用下,产生局部浅层岩体破裂破坏,导致喷层开裂掉块、预应力锚索钢绞线拉断和多点位移计发生应力突增。为确保8号尾水调压室及其底部交岔口永久围岩稳定,参建各方于2019年6月至10月期间对8号尾水调压室井身段部分区域以及尾水连接管交岔口顶拱部位采取了应急加固处置措施。监测数据显示,应急加固完成后,右岸8号尾水调压室围岩总体处于稳定状态。After the excavation of No.8 tailwater surge chamber on the right bank of Baihetan Hydropower Station,under the action of high ground stress,complex geological conditions and tunnel group effect,local shallow rock mass is fractured and destroyed,resulting in cracking of spray layer,breaking of pre-stressed anchor cable steel strand and sudden stress increase of multi-point displacement meter.In order to ensure the stability of permanent surrounding rocks at No.8 tailwater surge chamber and its bottom junction,the parties involved adopted emergency reinforcement measures during June to October 2019 for parts of shaft section of No.8 tailwater surge chamber and crown of tailwater connection pipe junction.Monitoring data show that after emergency reinforcement,surrounding rocks of No.8 tailwater surge chamber on the right bank are generally stable.
