摘  要:溢洪道是水电站水工建筑物最重要的组成部分,担负着电站汛期的泄洪,保卫着大坝和机组发电的安全。泄槽是溢洪道的重要组成部分,是洪水的过流面,保证洪水能够顺利排放到下游,随着溢洪道泄洪时间的增加,泄槽上混凝土产生的裂缝将会逐步增多、增大,对溢洪道泄洪存在很大的安全隐患,以梨园水电站溢洪道泄槽为例,从制作、环境、水体、运行时间4方面分析了混凝土裂缝产生的原因,并对混凝土裂缝的修复处理进行了详细阐述,为水电站溢洪道泄槽混凝土裂缝处理提供了经验和借鉴。Spillway is the most important component of hydraulic structure of hydropower station,which undertakes flood discharge during flood season and safeguards the safety of dam and unit power generation.The discharge channel is an important part of the spillway and the flow surface of the flood,ensuring that the flood can be discharged downstream smoothly.With the increase of flood discharge time of spillway,the cracks caused by concrete on the spillway will gradually increase and increase,which has great potential safety hazards for spillway flood discharge.Taking the spillway discharge channel of Liyuan Hydropower Station as an example,this paper analyses the causes of concrete cracks from the aspects of fabrication,environment,water body and operation time,and elaborates on the repair treatment of concrete cracks in detail.It provides experience and reference for concrete crack treatment of spillway discharge channel of hydropower station.
