高压力大口径球墨铸铁管在DX输水工程中的应用

摘　　要：长距离输水工程运行可靠和安全的关键是如何选择合适的管材。钢管、球墨铸铁管、PCCP管和玻璃钢管4种管材是我国目前在输水管道中常采用的管材。球墨铸铁管目前在我国的发展前景很大,也是一种新型管材,目前我国能生产DN40mm~DN2600mm的各种规格的管道及其配件。球墨铸铁管耐腐蚀性好、施工省时、不受气候条件限制、大口径管不易变形,较其他管材存在一定的优势。球磨铸铁管能满足输水工程对管材使用寿命长的要求。The key to reliable and safe operation of long distance water conveyance project is how to select proper pipes.Four pipe materials,steel pipe,ductile iron pipe,PCCP pipe and FRP pipe,are commonly used in water conveyance pipelines in China at present.Nodular cast iron pipe has a great development prospect in China and is also a new pipe material.At present,we can produce DN40mm~DN2600mm pipes of various sizes and fittings.Ductile iron pipe is characterized by good corrosion resistance,time-saving construction,unrestricted by climatic conditions and easy deformation of large diameter pipe,which has certain advantages over other pipes.Ball-milled cast iron pipes can satisfy the requirement of long service life of pipes for water conveyance projects.
