摘 要:弧形闸门在水电工程中应用广泛,有单吊点和双吊点弧形闸门两种形式。计算弧形闸门的泄流量需要使用到弧门的启门高度,而弧门开度传感器测量行程与弧门开度间并非简单线性关系,导致测量误差较大。部分工程实例中将弧门的整个开度进行分段线性化测量,这种方式测量精度受开度分段的影响大,且只有每一段的起点和结束点准确。另一种比较准确的测量方法是对弧形闸门的开度传感器测量值与闸门实际开度值之间的关系进行推导建模,若模型准确,则可取得较为精确的闸门开度。通过对某大型水电站单吊点弧形闸门的开度检测模型进行推导,并进行了实际验证。Radial gate is widely used in hydroelectric engineering,including single and double lifting point radial gate.The opening height of the arc gate is required to calculate the discharge flow of the arc gate.However,the measurement travel of the arc opening sensor is not a simple linear relationship with the arc opening,which results in a large measurement error.In some engineering examples,the entire opening of the arc gate is measured by piecewise linearization.The measurement accuracy is greatly affected by the opening section,and only the starting and ending points of each section are accurate.Another relatively accurate measuring method is to derive and model the relationship between the measured value of the opening sensor of the radial gate and the actual opening value of the gate.If the model is accurate,a more accurate gate opening can be obtained.In this paper,the opening detection model of single lifting point radial gate of a large hydropower station is derived and verified in practice.
