摘  要:葡萄压榨废水是葡萄采摘压榨过程中产生设备清洗和压榨残液的总和。本文在Fenton氧化处理葡萄压榨废水的基础上,进一步采用UV/Fenton氧化技术处理葡萄压榨废水,结果表明:最佳Fenton反应条件为Fe^(2+)与H_(2)O_(2)浓度比为1/30,H_(2)O_(2)投加量为783.2mmol·L^(-1),Fe^(2+)投加量为21.15mmol·L^(-1),反应时间150min;此时COD去除率为68.5%,COD去除量达到7.91mgCOD/mmolH_(2)O_(2)。在UV/Fenton实验中,光照反应时间120min,去除率为71.9%,去除量为8.15mgCOD/mmolH_(2)O_(2)。UV/Fenton与Fenton相比,反应达到稳定时间缩短30min,COD去除率增加了2.1%,COD去除量增加了0.25mgCOD/mmolH_(2)O_(2)。Grape crushing wastewater is the sum of equipment cleaning and pressing residue produced in the grape picking and pressing process.Based Fenton oxidation treatment on grape pressing wastewater,UV/Fenton oxidation technology was further used to treat grape pressing wastewater.The optimal treatment conditions are as follows.In the Fenton experiment:the ratio of Fe^(2+) to H_(2)O_(2) concentration is 1/30,H_(2)O_(2) dosage is 783.2mmol·L^(-1),Fe^(2+) dosage is 21.15mmol·L^(-1),treatment time is 150min,COD removal is 68.5%,COD removal is 7.91 mgCOD/mmolH_(2)O_(2).In the UV/Fenton experiment:UV exposure time is 120 min,COD removal rate is 71.9%,COD removal is 8.15 mgCOD/mmolH_(2)O_(2).Compared with Fenton,UV/Fenton has a 30min shorter reaction time to stabilize,a 2.1%increase in COD removal rate,and an increase in COD removal by 0.25 mgCOD/mmolH_(2)O_(2).
