摘  要:高压高含H_(2)S气井试气地面流程很容易生成水合物,安全风险性高,易造成冰堵并影响试气施工顺利进行。以川东北Y气田Y27气井为例,利用模拟软件分析Y27气井井口压力、温度和天然气组分等参数对试气地面流程水合物形成的影响;利用HYSYS软件对注化学抑制剂法、加热法、加热与抑制剂联合法三种试气地面流程水合物防治工艺进行了模拟分析,结果表明加热与抑制剂联合法更能适应环境及现场要求;对水合物抑制剂进行优化,对注甲醇-乙二醇复合抑制剂加热联合法流程,以工作制度为20×10^(4)m^(3)/d时为例,推荐抑制剂采用甲醇和乙二醇配比为6:4的复配体系,总量为11.70kg/h。The surface process of gas test in high pressure and high H_(2)S gas wells is easy to generate hydrates,which has high safety risk and is easy to cause ice blockage and affect the smooth operation of gas test.Taking Y27 gas well in Y gas field in northeastern Sichuan as an example,the PIPESIM simulation software was used to analyze the influence of wellhead pressure,temperature and natural gas composition of Y27 gas well on the formation of hydrate in the gas test surface process.HYSYS software was used to simulate and analyze the hydrate prevention and control methods of three gas test surface processes,including chemical inhibitor injection method,heating method,and heating and inhibitor combination method.The results show that the heating and inhibitor combination method is more suitable for the environment and field requirements.The hydrate inhibitor was optimized,and the heating combined process of methanol-ethylene glycol composite inhibitor was used.Taking the flow rate of gas well test as 20×10^(4)m^(3)/d as an example,it is recommended that the inhibitor should adopt the compound system of methanol and ethylene glycol with the ratio of 6:4,and the total amount is 11.70kg/h.
