摘  要:本文阐述了电解槽过热度对电解生产过程的影响,探究了过热度的影响因素。对某铝厂500kA大型电解槽实际生产过程中的过热度数据进行了跟踪统计,得到合理过热度范围内的各项生产技术条件,并应用与实验槽中取得了明显成果。最终实现了10台实验槽的电流效率提升0.5%、吨铝直流电耗降低50kw/h、增加槽寿命300d,降低阳极碳耗2kg。This paper describes the effects of electrolytic cell superheat on the electrolytic production process,and explores the influencing factors of superheat.The superheat data in the actual production process of the company"s 500kA electrolytic cells is subjected to a statistical conditions,the production technical conditions in the reasonable superheat range are obtained and the application has made a significant results in the experimental cells.Finally,the current efficiency of 10 experimental cells is increased by 0.5%,the ton of aluminum DC power consumption is reduced by 50kW/h,the cell life is prolonged by 300d and the anode carbon consumption is reduced by 2kg.
