摘　　要：酒钢4#高炉探尺采用西门子6RA7018直流调速装置,近几年来由于设备自身功能不全及设备老化原因影响,4#高炉探尺发生多起设备故障,对高炉稳定生产造成不同程度的影响。本次利用4#高炉中修机会,对探尺直流调速控制系统进行升级改造,确保高炉探尺系统的稳定性及功能满足生产需要。The 4#blast furnace probe adopts Siemens 6RA7018 DC speed control device in JISCO.In recent years,due to the incomplete function of the equipment and the influence of equipment aging,the 4#blast furnace probe occurred many equipment failures,which have varying degrees of impact on the stable production of the blast furnace.The paper took the 4#blast furnace mid-repair opportunity to upgrade the probe ruler DC speed control system to ensure the stability and function of the blast furnace probe ruler system to meet production needs.
