摘  要:为研究通气航行体的空泡三相流动演化特性,采用CFD仿真软件Fluent对超空泡航行体通气空泡替代自然空泡的复杂流动过程进行了三维数值模拟研究。本文基于RNG k-ε湍流模型和VOF多相流模型,建立通气超空泡航行体三相流动的数值计算模型,并进行收敛性验证,并通过相关实验与模拟结果进行对比验证本数值方法的有效性;数值模拟了航行体由自然超空泡向通气超空泡转化的复杂三相流动过程。给出了自然超空泡向通气超空泡演化过程中,空泡形态的演化特性和航行体流体动力的变化规律。本文给出了通气空化流动中三相演化的三维细节,可为空泡减阻领域的相关研究提供参考。To investigate the evolution characteristics of a three-phase cavity flow induced by a ventilated submerged vehicle,we conducted a three-dimensional numerical simulation study on the complex process of replacing the natural cavity with ventilated supercavity of a vehicle using the commercial computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT.First,a three-phase cavity flow numerical calculation model was established to investigate the complicated flow around a ventilated vehicle based on the renormalization group k-εturbulent model and the volume of fluid multiphase fluid model.This newly established numerical model was verified by comparing the numerical data of relevant experiments with published experimental data from sufficient convergence studies.Then,the complex three-flow process of transforming natural supercavity around a vehicle to ventilated supercavity was numerically simulated.Finally,the evolution law of the cavity shape and hydrodynamic characteristics of the vehicle from the natural supercavity to ventilated supercavity was given.This study innovatively shows a detailed three-phase evolution process of the cavity flow around a ventilated vehicle,which can provide references for cavity caries drug reduction.
