摘 要:为研究影响内燃机可燃混合气分布的柴油雾化特性,本文基于平面激光测径技术开展柴油喷雾粒径分布的试验研究,对图像信号强度和喷雾粒径之间进行标定,获取不同喷油压力、背景压力和喷孔孔径条件下的可视化图像,探究其对喷雾粒径分布的影响。结果表明:喷雾粒径分布与喷雾浓度场结构分布吻合,靠近喷嘴的液核区喷雾SMD最大,沿着喷雾轴线SMD在逐渐减小,喷雾外围部分SMD最小。提高喷油压力对于D_(0.1)的降幅最大,表明喷雾前锋面粒径受喷油压力的影响最大;喷雾SMD随着背压的增大而增大,D_(0.9)的涨幅最大,表明增大背景压力会使喷雾粒径尺寸差别增大;喷孔直径增大对D_(0.9)影响最大。随着开始喷油后时刻的增加,喷雾平面内SMD的值在减小,特征直径D_(P)、D_(0.1)、D_(0.5)和D_(0.9)的变化幅度都在增加。To examine the diesel atomization characteristics that affect the distribution of the combustion mixture of the internal combustion engine, an experimental study on the diesel spray particle size distribution was conducted based on the laser sheet drop-sizing(LSD) technology. Calibration between the image signal strength and spray size was performed. Visual images under different injection pressures, background pressures, and orifice diameters were obtained to explore the influence of the conditions on the spray particle size distribution. The results show that the distribution of spray particle size was consistent with the distribution of the spray concentration field structure. The Sauter mean diameter(SMD) in the liquid core near the nozzle was the largest, the SMD gradually decreased along the spray axis, and the SMD in the peripheral part of the spray was the smallest. The increase in the injection pressure had the largest decrease in D_(0.1), indicating that the particle size of the spray front surface was most seriously affected by the injection pressure. The spray SMD increased with the increase in the back pressure, with the largest increase of D_(0.9), indicating that the increase in the background pressure will increase the difference in the spray particle size. The increase in orifice diameter had the greatest influence on D_(0.9). The value of the SMD in the spray plane decreased with the increase in time after the start of the oil injection. The variations of characteristic diameters D_(P),D_(0.1),D_(0.5),and D_(0.9) were all increasing.
