摘　　要：手部湿疹(HE)是一种临床上常见的炎症性皮肤病,具有反复发作、易成慢性、缠绵难愈等特点。近期研究表明中药外洗法治疗手部湿疹的疗效颇佳,在临床应用中,不仅可以单独使用,还可以联合其他中医疗法或西医治疗。因此就近年来中药外洗法治疗HE的研究进行概述,从而为临床治疗HE提供新的方法与选择。通过总结文献资料来阐述HE的基本病因病机,中药外洗法用治HE的理论基础,及近年来中药外洗法单用或联合其他疗法治疗HE的临床研究概况。研究发现单用中药外洗法治疗HE疗效确切,联合其他中西医疗法还可以进一步提高临床疗效。中药外洗法治疗HE临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,能降低复发率,联合其他治疗还能起到协同增效的作用。Hand eczema(HE)is a clinically common inflammatory skin disease,which has the characteristics of recurring,being prone to chronicity,lingering and difficult to heal.Recent studies have shown that the external washing method of Chinese medicine is quite effective in treating HE.In clinical application,it can be used not only alone,but also in combination with other Chinese or western medicine treatments.Therefore,we will summarize the researches on the treatment of HE with external washing with Chinese medicine in recent years,so as to provide a new method and option for the treatment.By summarizing the literature,we will explain the basic etiology and pathogenesis of HE,the theoretical basis for the treatment of HE with external washing with Chinese medicine,and general situation of research on treatment of HE with Chinese medicine external washing method alone or in combination with other therapies in recent years.Studies have found that single use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat HE is effective,and combined with other Chinese and western medical methods can further improve the clinical efficacy.The external washing method of traditional Chinese medicine has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of HE,with a low incidence of adverse reactions,and can reduce the recurrence rate.It can also have a synergistic effect when combined with other treatments.
